I understand this is a supervised creative class and that reasonable safety precautions will be taken. I acknowledge that participation in any activity involves a degree of risk, including the use of art tools and materials. I understand that I need to stay in the facility throughout the duration of the class and this is not a drop-off event. By entering my name below, I agree to: - Release and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and staff of www.artsandcraftsclass.com from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage that may occur while my child is participating in the class.
